Responsibilities of the customer

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the goods are ready for loading, the documentation is correct, and the loading and unloading premises are safe.

Responsibilities of the transporter

The transporter is responsible for making deliveries and pickups within a specified time, unless otherwise agreed. The transporter is not liable for late deliveries or missed appointments due to circumstances beyond their control,
such as weather, traffic, or store loading times.

Liability

The transporter may not be liable for certain delays or losses, such as those caused by acts of God, war, or governmental regulations.

Jurisdiction
