Your Order Cancellation Rights

At Aapunk Transport, we aim to provide flexible and transparent service to our customers. Our services primarily involve lorry rental with driver and unloading staff, and all bookings are based on availability.

Booking Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your booking up to 7 days before the rental date without giving a reason.

If your booking is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled rental date, a refund is not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Lorry Availability & Overbooking

Our fleet consists of 10 lorries available per day. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

If a customer successfully places a booking online but the requested date is already fully booked, our management will contact the customer directly to:

Reschedule the booking to another available date
OR

Process a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Refunds

If a refund is approved (due to cancellation or overbooking), we will reimburse you within 14 days using the same payment method used during checkout.

There are no additional charges for processing a refund.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will not be provided for:

Services already rendered (e.g., the lorry has been dispatched or used)

Late cancellations (within 7 days of the rental date), unless due to exceptional circumstances

Bookings made under special discounted or promotional rates (unless required by law)

Amendments to Bookings

We understand plans can change. You may request to amend your booking date at least 48 hours before the scheduled date. All changes are subject to lorry availability.
